How to track my order?
Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order on the carrier’s website.
Please note that it can take up to 72 hours for tracking updates to appear after your order has shipped.
When will my order arrive?
At WonderLahti all items are printed on demand to reduce waste and support our commitment to being an eco-responsible store. This sustainable approach means that your order is produced only after you place it which can take a little longer but helps minimize environmental impact.

USA and Europe: 5–12 business days (2–7 business days for production and 3–9 business days for shipping).

Help! I selected the wrong shipping address, can you change it?
Yes, we can change the shipping address! As long as your order hasn't shipped.
Contact us at contact@wonderlahti.com or from our Contact Us form and we will change the shipping address.
Note that if your order has already shipped, we won't be able to make these changes.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@wonderlahti.com with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
Why was my order returned to sender?
Orders can sometimes be returned to us for various reasons but the most common cause is an undeliverable address. Other reasons may include the package being unclaimed at customs or refused/returned by the delivery carrier.
If your order is returned to us, we will notify you as soon as it arrives back at our facility. To resolve the issue, please contact us with an updated shipping address and we will arrange to have the order reshipped.
Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for undelivered packages due to an incorrect address, customs issues, or if the package was returned by your carrier.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is beyond our control and is assessed by your local customs office.
Customs policies vary widely for every country, therefore, please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
